“I never imagined our elopement would look like a magazine spread, but the pics are incredible”

When my husband and I first discussed eloping, we talked about keeping it simple, and just the two of us, but the one thing I requested was a photographer to capture our special day. I googled and checked FB elopement groups for Elopement Adventure Photographer and it’s overwhelming!! I also posted asking friends/family for recommendations, and one friend mentioned Wild and In Love.
I immediately loved Vivian’s work, and what her website said she offered. I narrowed it down to three to show my then fiancé, and we both picked Vivian without question.
I told her what we were looking for as far a location, and her familiarity with the area did not disappoint in her suggestions. My husband was reluctant at first because he always felt that wedding photographers put you on a strict timeline, and overly staged you. He wanted something free and “us”. Vivian was AMAZING!! She helped us create a loose schedule of events for the day, gave us minimal direction to allow us to be US while also being able to shoot our elopement with the best angles and lighting, and we never felt “intruded upon” or like we were being staged or fake. She truly captured the essence of us, our emotions, and our joy.
When we received our sneak peak pics, we were blown away. I never imagined our elopement would look like a magazine spread, but the pics are incredible – I’m awaiting Patagonia and Columbia to contact us for usage! Seriously, they’re amazing.
